BitFX Terms and Conditions

Welcome to BitFX. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

1. Definitions

• “BitFX” refers to the proprietary trading firm operating the platform.
• “User,” “Trader,” or “Participant” means any individual who registers and uses BitFX services.
• “Funded Account” means a live trading account provided by BitFX after successful evaluation.
• “Challenge” means the evaluation phase where traders demonstrate their trading skills under specified rules.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

• Users must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction.
• Users must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• BitFX reserves the right to refuse or terminate access to any user at its discretion.

3. Challenge Program

• Traders must complete the Challenge phases according to the plan selected (e.g., Base, Starter, Skilled).
• Each Challenge has specific profit targets, drawdown limits, and time frames that must be strictly followed.
• Failure to meet the Challenge criteria results in disqualification without refund.

4. Trading Rules and Risk Management

• Traders must adhere to the risk management parameters specified, including daily and overall drawdown limits.
• Use of unauthorized trading strategies or software (e.g., arbitrage bots, scalping beyond allowed limits) is prohibited.
• BitFX reserves the right to monitor trades and accounts for compliance and may suspend or close accounts for violations.

5. Funded Accounts

• Upon successful completion of the Challenge, BitFX will allocate a funded account to the trader.
• The trader trades with BitFX’s capital under predefined risk limits and guidelines.
• BitFX assumes responsibility for losses; the trader retains a share of profits.

6. Profit Sharing and Payments

• Profit splits and payment schedules will be defined in the selected Challenge plan.
• Payments to traders are subject to minimum withdrawal limits and processing times.
• BitFX may withhold payments for suspected fraudulent activity or violations of Terms.

7. Fees and Charges

• Challenge fees are non-refundable and must be paid upfront.
• Additional fees (if any) will be clearly disclosed prior to payment.

8. User Conduct

• Users agree to use the platform lawfully and ethically.
• Any form of manipulation, fraud, or abuse of the platform is strictly prohibited.
• BitFX reserves the right to investigate and take legal action against misconduct.

9. Intellectual Property

• All content, software, and materials on the BitFX platform are the property of BitFX or its licensors.
• Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

• BitFX provides no guarantee of profits; trading involves substantial risk of loss.
• BitFX is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
• Users trade at their own risk.

11. Termination and Suspension

• BitFX may suspend or terminate accounts at any time for breach of Terms or regulatory compliance.
• Users may close their accounts by providing written notice, subject to clearing of pending obligations.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

• User data is collected and processed according to BitFX’s Privacy Policy.
• BitFX commits to safeguarding personal information but cannot guarantee absolute security.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction].

14. Amendments
